Enhancing images often reveals formerly unseen problems like specks, scuffs, and scratches.   Get to know all your tools Download the original for some fixing practice: Despeckle and Salt & Pepper (Effects Menu > Noise) Clone Tool and Scratch Remover (tool palette) Download edited version to practice some speckles removal, or test drive your clone tool by removing that empty clothes line behind the campers. Remain mindful of those fabric folds in that tent wall.
