Here are two bad photos, each with assorted problems. It happens to be one of those rare occasions when these three people were in the same place at the same time; consequently, this pair of dud images could still have some real sentimental value to their owner.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it?  Combine the elements of the two photos in the best possible way to produce the best overall representation of the whole family.  Once your portrait is satisfactorily repaired/composed, further enhancements or embellishments are encouraged as well.
